sharronSTUDIO is the culmination of my travels around the globe as well as my love affair with beautiful things, the creation and the admiration of them, and the way they express who we are.

My design practice is influenced by the many places I’ve lived, from San Francisco, New York, and Paris, to several beach and mountain towns in between. I understand what it means to make a home in a new place. I’m fascinated by the pieces that make those moves with us, because the special ones aren’t necessarily logical or practical. They are part of who you are, and speak to the passions of your heart. I use these things to build spaces that reflect where you are now while still paying homage to your roots, experiences, and interests.

After 14 years in the tech industry I’m thrilled to be incorporating my diverse background and cultured eye into a design approach at ease with old and new, couture and street, formal and irreverent. My studies and reskilling include a Master’s candidacy at Savannah College of Art and Design in Luxury Brand Management, and Creative Interiors certification through Pratt Institute in New York. My undergraduate work includes a B.A from University of California, Berkeley including coursework in Paris at the Sorbonne, and an A.A. in Marine Technology from Santa Barbara City College.
